• Lamb achari (very tender lamb cooked in homemade pickle sauce)

• A piece of chicken tikka and a piece of chicken reshmi ( boneless pieces of chicken marinated in garlic and ginger cooked in tandoori oven on charcoal served on a hot sizzling platter on a bedding of spicy onions )
