⚓Additional Marinas & Harbour Facilities
Sun Valley Marina (Esentepe / Karaağaç, North Coast)
Location: On the north coast of Northern Cyprus in the Esentepe / Karaağaç region.
Infrastructure & capacity: Completed in 2025, the marina includes 2 concrete floating piers and a sea-area of approx. 33,000 m² with capacity for around 174 boats.
Facilities: Electricity and water at all mooring points, ramp for small boats, fuel by tanker, 24/7 security & live cameras, green areas and parking, restaurant/bar/deli and shops.
Best for: Mid-sized cruising boats, small yachts and leisure craft wanting quieter location away from the main cities; favourable for those staying in the Esentepe area.
Note: As a newer facility, full service levels may still be ramping up; check latest berthing terms/charges with the marina directly.

Boğaz (Boğaz / İskele district)
Location: Village of Boğaz in the İskele district of Northern Cyprus, lying on the coast.
Harbour nature: Primarily a fishing village harbour, rather than a full-scale marina. The area is noted in yachting / investment articles as a “smaller harbour” suitable for stop-overs rather than full service marina berthing.
Facilities: Limited compared to full marinas — mainly local harbour infrastructure, eateries and small boat mooring; visiting yachts should confirm depth, services and formalities ahead.
Best for: Day calls, scenic stop-overs, smaller craft; less suited for larger yachts requiring full repair/refit or deep-water access.
